LELAND J. MACK: CEO & CO-FOUNDER

A native of Brooklyn, New York went to pursue his undergraduate studies in Miami, Florida. Leland graduated from Johnson & Wales University with a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Psychology. During his tenure at JWU he participated in social media marketing campaigns with promotional groups known as Few Good Men and Black Dream Entertainment. Leland later relocated back to New York City to become a paralegal for the District Attorneys office. He is currently working with the following affiliates on Social Media Marketing campaigns: Mack Digital Inc; a graphic & brand development company and Selfish Music Group. Today, Leland J. Mack is the CEO & Co-Founder of Quality Demand Entertainment Media Group.

LEONARD E. CROFT: COO & CO-FOUNDER

Mr. Croft born and raised in Brooklyn, NY has always incorporated his acute sense of style into every aspect of his life. Through his passion for entertainment and urban sensibility he went on to graduate with a Bachelors of Science in Entertainment/Event Management from Johnson & Wales University in 2008. While attending JWU, Leonard co-founded an organization named Few Good Men, which led him to be honored with an award for Outstanding Member of The Year in 2007. Self attainment and ingenuity are the core ideals in which drove him to begin Quality Demand Entertainment Media Group in 2010. During the summer months of 2010, Mr. Croft interned with Sandals Whitehouse European Village & Spa in Montego Bay, Jamaica. Working directly with the events manager, he was able to grasp an immeasurable amount of knowledge about the entertainment industry as it is today.
